There are a few of us that have found that even with regular masturbation we might still have the occasional wet dream. Most guys on here find that if they masturbate regularly they never get wet dreams.

If your asking how often you'd get wet dreams if you never masturbate at all I don't think many of us can answer that because we all do j/o. In any case I suspect that would vary from person to person.
