HELP with my anorexia!!

I found out the other day i have it and i have only told 2 of my friends and they say to tell my mom but i dont want to really i like it last night it was like i was high becuae i hadnt eaten any advice this is pretty hard to exxept

First of all, if you're certain you might have it you NEED a professional diagnosis off your doctor to determine that.

So, go and see a doctor and tell them everything and they'll tell you whether you're anorexic or not. You shouldn't diagnose yourself and then tell your mom about it because it might not even be the case.

I agree with Marcie, try and go to a doctor first to get an official diagnosis, and then...if you really cant tell your mom, then please at least another trusted adult, but i think it would be best if you told your mom.

Look up the syptems it takes alot of acceptance You can't diagnose yourself. Some things you can, anything to do with your mind, you can't, because if you do have it, you'd probably think you didn't. Just ask a doctor about it.

If you have been in denial about having anorexia and are accepting that - that's brilliant! Well done. Now, you need to take the next step, that's getting help for it and trying to battle back. It's a long, hard, bumpy road, but you can do it. You have the strength. All of us do. Goodluck.
