Yes it is possible, but it requires a LOT of metal thought and you must really be horny and your imagination really must be up in the clouds :)

Yes it can happen when your very horny.

however sometimes it can be a medical condition called premature ejaculation which basically means you ejaculate very early, for example when just starting to wank or engage in sex however thats not really without touching/stimulating your penis, but could sometimes be (watch American pie 1, the boy has that when he's just about to have sex with maria lol)

It is definitely possible to do this especially when one has not masturbated in a bunch of days or if one is in the middle of puberty with an abnormally high amount of hormones within them. I probably did what you described only once in my life, and basically I think a combination of tight clothing, an attractive person sitting by me, and not masturbating all contributed to having ejaculated without actually stimulating myself. This particular issue is not very common, but that is not to say it cannot happen either. If you want to avoid such an incident just do the following:

1) make sure your clothing and underwear are relatively loose
2) you masturbate at home when you are horny
3) think about something that really turns you off when you find yourself really excited, or ask to use the washroom and urinate as that usually calms things down

Yes, basically my mom was being strict about not getting up late (I live with her on weekends), so I had to skip on doing it because I always wash my hands afterwards, and I always do it at night.
