There's this guy I like, he's actually my ex, but my friend likes him aswell..
He likes me, he doesn't like her.

I'm so confused..

Honestly you shouldn't be affected by what other people feel about the same person you like. I mean, as long as you like him, why should you care/matter about what others think. Don't worry about hurting peoples feelings either, they should be mature enough to accept it.

If he doesn't like her, tough. She needs to get over it.
If he likes you and you like him, wonderful. Tah-dah. Perfect.... and all that jazz.
Although don't be particularly rude about it if she's a rather good friend of yours. You don't want to lose friends over a stupid boy. Her being upset for a little while may be permissible; however, if one compromises a friendship in this sort of situation, you can come out of this looking like the bad guy.

My friends know I'm just like - whatever, to who they want to date; they can date my ex's if they want, and I won't bitch at them for it.

I asked her how she'd feel if we were to go out, she said whatever, and said she doesn't like him much.
