1. This depends on how far through puberty you are, but some people may find that when they are arroused they can ejaculate more.

2. Again, this really depends on how far into puberty you are, it also depends on when you last ejaculated, boys tend to find that if they do not ejaculate for a few days then they can "shoot". I think 5-6 inches is exagerating a little, maybe up to 4 the most

1. how much you ejaculate in one go depends on a number of factors, most especially how long it is since you last ejaculated and how often you've been doing it lately. Also if you have a slow stop-go session you will tend to get more of a result.

2. 5-6 inches is a perfectly normal shooting distance. Some guys claim that they're shooting onto their face or right over their head. Can't say thats something I've ever done or would really want to. Would be very difficult to control the mess!

If you stimulate your self by what FullSwell said by the stop and go your build up will be more. If you are like tingling all over and so reved up for sex of some kind(with yourself or another) then it will get better and more semen will come out.

Actually yes it is possible to shoot pretty far and even over a foot long or 2 feet. It would be inconvienent because it could hit someone in the face or get in the hair(you probably get slapped for that) or even worse...you dont know where it went and it could be anywhere.
