Ah this is very normal with almost any guy. Most guys stare at boobs ALL THE TIME! You are normal, and not a sick person. But do try to limit doing it as much as you can, because some girls might not feel comfortable if they notice you doing it.

it's just normal for a straight guy to notice a woman's breasts. i notice aaaaaalll the time! i dno't stare a lot but i do notice them on every woman i see. and i don't think it's just a hormones thing. oler guys do the same thing well after puberty

You are definitely not a sick person, and I would argue quite the reverse that you are totally normal. All of us have a part of the human body we find most attractive be it breasts, legs, etc., and it is through those parts that the part of us that is not logically zeroes in on folks with whom we would like to mate or have more than a friendship. Sexual feelings can be hard especially if you are totally new to them, but just know that having sexual feelings are fine as that is what makes us human. As long as you are being discreete about your looking and are being respectful to those women with whom you have to interact, then you will be fine. There are a lot of beautiful people in this world, and it is all right to appreciate their beauty in a positive way.
