I’m pretty sure if you go to your doctor they can give you scar reduction cream. It really helps! ;)

Good luck!

I have a remedy, its called strength! Listen I know its very hard to hide them, but why hide them? I used to cut alot, I mean alot yet now I show my arms not because I want people to see them. But because I know that now I am strong and these little things wont get to me.

Wow.. Greg, I really admire that! Thats something I really wish I could do. :)

Hollie, You could try Bio-oil or Vitamin E to fade them. Then make up can help cover when they have faded enough. Thats if you still choose to hide them. Even getting your arms out in the sun should help them fade as well.

You could maybe wear tops where the sleaves are 3 quater length and then wear a few bangles. Works for me lol. I have a massive scar on one of my arms which still shows when im wearin a 3 quater sleave top but no one has ever noticed.

So that's what she means. But as stated, Vitamin E, Bio-oil works.

I know how you feel, but i just cope with the heat to be honest, although down where i live its rare to get 20 celcius (68 farenheit)

Yeah i cut my arms. I dont mean to sound daft but what does OP mean? lol.
I do my wrists sometimes but smaller cuts so bangles and a bit of make up covers them well.

A watch with a big band is good because if you wear it all the time no one suspects anything when you have scars to hide. those sweat band bracelets work well too. I tie a bandana around my wrist most of the time, so that works well. but i didn't cover them up for like a week and no one noticed...
you can also get scar reduction pads at the grocery store. they can look like bandaids.
but don't get your arms in the sun because then when your skin gets dark the scar will too and then it will stay that color when the rest of your skin turns white again.

i agree this is what i do.
i mean to be fair the scars on my arms are 3 years old (i started only cutting places people couldnt see after this)
but still there are at least 100 white veryyyyy noticable scares
and when people ask (which is less than you think if you let them out in the sun)
i just tell them they were mistakes which i make in the past, no one asks anything else, which is what you can say.
i mean cutting is pretty much a known thing now, people are not going to judge you if you tell them that you made mistakes.
also vitamin e OIL works better than the cream (i have both)

please PLEASE keep the scars as a motivation not to cut.

I put bareminerals foundation on them and it covers them up pretty well.
