Its not really alright to let any 10 year old feel you up in my opinion. With it being a family member it could cause real trouble not only for you, but between you parents and you cousin's parents if you got found out.

Really this is not a good idea and my advice would be not to repeat it.

A lot of kids experiment with siblings, cousins or friends. Actually having sexual relations, at an age when you know better, would be a bad idea. Sometimes, as young children, kids will experiment with touching each other, or looking. An "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" sort of thing. It isn't the same thing as incest, in my opinion, and it's a normal part of development to be curious.

Due to your ages I wouldn't recommend doing this again, though. You're not sick, it's not "weird", but it is inappropriate. It was smart of you to stop after getting an erection. (Which is normal, too, by the way. After-all, someone was touching you, regardless of who they are, and that creates some sort of a response.) Letting it go further would not have been smart, again because of the age thing.

In the future, it may be ok to answer some questions she might have as a result of this, but encourage her to talk to her parents about it rather than you. Also, use your discretion about what sort of things you'll talk to her about. Some things are better left to her parents.
