It seems like my head or some other part of my bosy is always hurting. Its usually my head Like i will lay down on a couch for a while and when i get up for like 20 seconds i get light headed, dizzy and a rushing pain through my head and i start to lose balance, but in a minute i feel better. Except sometimes it can take like an hour to feel better? Does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like a problem with your blood pressure or something within your head.

Best thing to do is to go and see your doctor :)

Nobody here can give you a proper diagnosis, and this is obviously troubling you, so I would really recommend for you to go to see your GP/doctor and find out what's causing this pain so you can get it treated (if necessary), and hopefully it wont bother you any longer :)

like everyone else said, go to the doctor. They may be the only ones who know, but yeah it could be your blood Pressure.

It may be caused by depression, but i'm not sure. See your doctor.

Yip, I would go and see your doctor.. don't leave problems to get worse.. always go and get them checked out :-) No harm in that! I sometimes get that as well.. like a rush of blood to/from the head and you get dizzy. I get it if I stay lazing about a lot.. I find that exercise (http://elektronik.hitmeister.de/navigation/nuevi-200-pna-personal-travel-assistant-navigationssystem-pink-3260791/) helps.. once you've spoken to your doctor, try going a run or something to clear your head
