When I got home from school yesterday, I slept at 04:00pm and slept all the way onto 12:00pm this afternoon. That's 20 hours. lol.
But mind you, I'd stayed up all Thursday night after getting up at 05:00pm in the day. I'd had the day off school.

it's not healthy to deprive yourself of sleep or to sleep too long. Once in a while might be ok but compulsively is bad.

I have weird sleeping patterns. I either sleep too much, or stay up too long.

yah, i agree. don't sleep too long because not only does it waste the whole day, it's not healthy. xD

It doesn't hurt if you oversleep or deprive yourself of sleep very occassionally but it's unhealthy to do it on a regular basis.
If you're concerned, try to keep a regular and reasonable sleeping pattern, with set bed times. Like go to bed at 10pm for example and make sure you have AT LEAST 8 hours sleep and possibly 11 hours maximum. Try to stick within these times and it will become a habit.

If it doesn't happen every time, and it was a rare occasion then I guess its normal, my brother did it once. I wish I could do it :) but I did sleep like 12 hours.
