Hi guys listen im not sleeping soundly at night. Is this puberty? I dont have nightmares I just wake up at night? And Im having trouble staying awake at school. Please send any advice.

It's completely normal, remember that you are having hormonal changes and they make you feel some feelings like anxious, nervous or kind of insomnia. I had the same problem, if you have troubles with sleeping I recommend you to listen to some relaxing music while you are lying down, maybe that makes you get sleep easier and faster.

You will go through times like this a lot throughout your life. This has been happening to me a lot so, to adjust to this I take a nap once I get back home from school and then go to bed early. I don't have any clue why this works for me but eventually I get back to normally and can survive the school day again. As far as waking up in the middle of the night, go to the bathroom get a drink and go back to bed. This way you know you don't have to go to the bathroom and you aren't thirsty so you can focus on getting back to sleep.
