I understand that you're in pain but can you please rephrase that? I can't quite get what you mean. And you might wanna consider a doctor

You know, if you're really sick, you should tell your folks and see a doctor. Throwing up and frequent BM's might indicate infection (like stomach, food poisioning, etc.), and might require treatment.
Although blood in stool is worrisome and shouldn't be there, in all probability its caused by whatever *nasty* youve got that's making you feel sick, or it might just be a slight scratch caused by passing hard stool.
Take care of the *nasty*, tell your folks, give them the details so they can make a thorough assessment, and let them decide the best course of action here.

Blood in your stool, trouble moving your bowels, and pain during the bowel movements may all indicate hemorrhoids. What that means, is that the veins around the anus/lower rectum are swollen and inflamed, usually from straining to pass stool. That's probably why it hurts, and why you're experiencing a little bleeding. You've mentioned that you're having trouble with actually getting anything to come out; don't strain yourself. You'll only be making things worse. It'll come out when it's ready.
If the blood is bright red, this is the most likely cause. Darker blood, the color of blood hat's had a chance to dry a bit, tends to come from higher up in the digestive tract, because it has farther to travel before finding an exit. Bright red means fresh blood, and since it's only leaking out when you have a BM, it's likely being pushed out by the straining and the inflammation in the area.
The nausea may be totally unrelated, or it could be part of the same thing. I'm not sure what causes vomiting and trouble passing stool (food poisoning would be more likely to cause the opposite, as would most stomach flus and the like). It could be part of the same bug, or you could just be lucky enough to get hemorrhoids while you have a stomach bug. Make sure you get plenty of fiber, this will help with getting things to move along a little easier. It can be hard to eat when you're nauseas, but it's a good thing to remember in the future.
I hope you feel better.
