Ok, this is quite embarassing for me. I haven't spoken about it to anyone yet.

First trouble I had was maintaining an erection in bed with my girlfriend. We didnt get as far as sex, because I didnt think I could manage. This happened twice after and was embarassing to say the least.
I used to masturbate once a day. Now I am doing it every few days, and when I do my penis isnt as hard as it could be.

What could be causing this? I know smoking causes problems like this, but I dont smoke often at all, maybe a cigarette a month. I have been under stress recently due to exams and money problems. I have also been drinking a lot of energy drinks, probably about 2 a day, and excercising less. Could this have an effect?

Energy drinks to my knowledge have no effect on this. What I think it could possible is stress, and the fact that your worried about not managing. Some times when a boy gets stressed worried these things are hard. (No Pun intented) just try to relax and be easy, there aren't many things to be worried about. As long as your being safe.

I have heard excessive or normal drinkning of Energy drinks can lead to ED, but I am not saying it's true, nor am i saying it's false, i have just heard that. Try laying off the energy drinks for a week or 2 and see if you get harder then you've been lately

There are a lot of potential causes for what you're describing. The most common causes for ED in young guys is either some illness/medical issue, or some psychological one. Or, drug/alcohol use.

In order for erection to occur, there needs to be a series of neurological and physiological responses, and the things that typically get in the way are nervousness, anxiety, stress, illnesses, and the like. For optimal sexual performance (and arousal) you need everything to be relatively settled and stable in your life, amd you have to feel reasonably confident and secure with your partner, yourself, and the sex act. It's not like it's portrayed in porn movies, arousal and performance aren't always automatic. There need to be certain things in place for that to happen.

Take a step back with your g/f and maybe work on feeling more secure and confident, give it some time. Wanting something and being ready for it often don't occur simultaneously. And if you're under stress, try to resolve that before you expect optimal masturbation. Also if you're drinking, remember that booze is a depressant, it slows things down, which might effect the strength of your erection, too.

Drugs can help for getting erection but make sure is it real pharmacy or not. There are many other prescription pills available to improve sexual health. One of them is Levitra. It’s a much better drug to increase sexual stamina. You can try this pill.

pfft i do not recommend a teenager going to get prescripted pills for sexual performance its ridiculous!
its the stress, whether its about performing well in the bedroom or school or work stress, it can have an impact.

Your basic problem is your stress which can easily kill any interest in sex. I have not read the responses above, so please pardon me if this post is parrotting the others. Basically, you need to get a handle on your stress as once that is overcome, then you will be fine sexually. When you have other problems, then your body starts to shut off the extra non-essential things like sexual functions to focus on the area that is critical. In your case your mind is full, and you need relief. In short, find a way to come to some sort of arrangement academically and financially, and you will do fine sexually.
