I think it depends whether it came out when you were having an orgasm. If it coincided with an orgasm I would say its an ejaculation, which is not pre-cum. If your body is not producing much sperm yet you can ejaculate nearly clear cum. Pre-cum sort of leaks out when you're getting horny but before you reach orgasm.
