when will i have a full beard?

i got side burns down my back teeth. it is white and im 13 1/2 and when will i have a full beard. i got a full mustache pubs and a little arm pit hair.:) when will i have a full beard

There is no definite time, actually. But, it sounds like your hair is developing, so it shoudn't be too long, but remember that it's not guaranteed.
