I don't know how strict your parents are about leaving the house, but the best thing I would do is go outside and take a walk or sit on a bench, or if you have a dog take your dog for a walk as an excuse. It is usually the best thing I can do when I want to be alone/ have peace time. But it's like 8:00 where I am and you live near me so I don't know how safe your area is, so be careful if you do go for a walk.

I can't go outside really after dark by my house. Especially not when it's this late...and I don't have a dog so I don't really have an exuse.......so going out is not really an option for me.

Have you tried talking to them about it, because I don’t think avoiding the issue will help. I suggest tell your parents how you feel it could fix everything.

Whatever happens I wish you the best of luck!

Well...my mom took away my computer last night...and I couldn't play music really loud because then I would have woke up my sister....there was no way for me to escape it all last night...so i just cried.

Well it's better to cry than to just bottle it in. And if you really need to get away wait until everyones is asleep and then go sit outside. It's very calming for me
