Yes it is correct, the in your semen is food particles that feed the sperm, so your basically tasting nutriance from your last meal... I know that might sound gross but it's just the nutriance from your last mean... so in reality your eating your vegetables again in small quantities!

Yep, this is correct as when you eat lots of fatty foods, your semen will taste very salty, so in theory if you eat right then your semen should taste alot better.

But I really doubt that there's food in semen as semen is the fluid in which sperm is carried around the testicles to to penis. There is no way that food can get into that system unless your intestines are not working properly
