is this normal

im 14 years old 15 in a months time, ive got some under arm hair, and quite a bit of pubic hair, on my face ive got hair around my lip and quite a bit under my ears but a really small ammount on cheeks. also my voice hasnt broken yet, ive i run my fingers down my neck i can feel a small lump about 1cm tall and about 1.5cm long, is this the adams apple, and is whats happend so far normal. im also not that tall, about 5" 5.
my brother on the other hand is 16 and he is about 6" something, and his voice broke about 2 years ago,
am i growing or not?

will the adams apple grow more , it started to grow about a few months ago. how long will my voice take to break, my brother hes only took about a month or so, hes voice went squeaky every now and then for about a month, one of my mates hes took about 5 months and went squeaky and stayed squeky for about 5 mins

will mine go squeky for quite a bit, every now and then it goes a bit different, but not squeky, also when i wake up in the morning my voice sometimes sounds completly different and stays like that untill i take for some time.is this part of my voice getting broken?
