Cum or Pre-Cum?

I know that when a boy mastrubates, there is supposed to be some stuff that comes out before the cum called pre-cum. When I mastrubate, I can't tell if I am ejaculating cum or pre-cum. When I ejaculate, I get just a few shots of it (not as much as I see come out in porn videos). How do I tell if I am shooting cum or pre-cum?:confused::confused:

Well obviously in Porn videos they edit and do all sorts of stuff so you shouldn't compare yourself to that.
You could tell because pre-cum is released before you ejaculate, as a natural lubricant. Usually its a bit clearer too, but it depends.

well , pre-cum is normally coming out in less quantity than when you ejaculate

Pre-cum is not linked to an ejaculation, thats why its called pre-cum, because it happens before you cum. It just sort of leaks out or seeps out. Its clear. Real cum is generally much whiter, or creamy-yellow because its full of sperm.

Some boys reach an in-between stage where they ejaculate at orgasm but what comes out is still pretty clear. I dont think you could call it precum if it happens in an ejaculation, so its cum without much sperm in it. Hope that makes sense. Sounds to me as if thats where you're at, in which case congrats and no worries, you're progressing fine and will be seing "proper" cum very soon.
