When I mastrubate, my erection gets really weak really fast and it's hard for me to continue mastrubating. How do I get a stronger erection and how do I get an erection to last longer?

hmm try to watch porn while doing it. maby go faster or slower dependsing on how you like and what keeps it "up" . hope it helped.

Porn does the opposite effect for me . Try to masturbate slowly when your hard but when you start to go softer , accelerate . that should work

Maybe its a sign that your body isnt quite ready for too much just yet, and with a little more time this will sort itself out.

k kid this is an exercise u can try. theres a muscle called kegel or p.c. ive heard both. it pretty much controls ur erections, the strong the muscle is the stronger the erection. how to locate the muscle when ur peeing try and stop u should feel the area above your penis contract thats where it is. to exercise it try to contract that muscle for 20 sec then rest.

i think thats pretty much it i think. umm u dont have to do 20 sec then rest u can go for as long or short as possible. make sure when u do it that u dont contract ur abbs. and dont do it when u need 2 pay attention 2 something tough to do both

Try different in masturbating and if porn does the opposite effect for you then just google techniques around a few things. Everyone is different and everyone can get a better sexual pleasure out of different thoughts and feelings.

Wait for a week or at least 2-3 days if you are impatient. Once, I waited a real long time, a week, and my cock got extremely stiff! Most of the times I get a boner, it is hard, but not totally stiff.

Erections are not controlled by a muscle; erections occur when the arteries in the spongy flesh surrounding the urethra fill with blood. The 'strength' of an erection is varied by the amount of blood flowing through the arteries / the pressure of the blood.
Like Nick said, your body may just not be ready for what you're trying to get out of it. You could try different masturbation techniques or you could just be patient, the latter being the best option imho.

yes an erection does start with that but kegel muscle does help a lot w/ keeping it up it also helps open up arteries to get the blood in there
