Ive been having this pain in my left testicle.... Every time I touch it hurts.. I haven't masturbated for a while so it cant be damaged due to that. I looked today and the scrotum seems to be turning a purplish color now I'm worried please help.
Update:
I went to go get a ultrasound of my testicle. and the cause of it was a hernia. Can Hernias cause bruising?

TELL YOUR FOLKS! It could be a number of things, but if there's abruise and it hurts, you should let them have a look and decide what to do!

Yeah, it's probably internal bleeding and yeah, that doesn't sound too nice in that area. I would tell your parents about it and probably see a doctor. Sometimes I have the same problem, but yeah usually it's because I've mastrubated too much.

Sound like a bruise. I wouldnt want to let my parents take a look but I would take that to my doctor. If they want to know why you want to see the doctor you might have to tell them, but they should respect your privacy if you dont want them looking.

It is good that you had things checked out, and you made the right decision to tell your parents. I am sorry to hear that you had a hernia, but the reality is that hernias are not entirely uncommon in guys. Basically, if anyone has testicular pain to the point where the testicle is swelling and is painful to the touch, then one has to seek medical attention right away.
You raise a good question about whether a hernia caused brusing, and my guess is that in your case it probably did especially if you did not have a bruise there before. Also, in the course of the medical procedure you might have developed a bruise. My suggestion is to leave a message for your doctor and ask him/her if your bruise is normal as it is best to get information from the source.
