Many guys finding women masturbating arousing, and there is not anything unusual about finding female masturbation enjoyable. However, what is a problem is if by "young girl" you mean folks who are underage. It is one thing to watch a women 18+ masturbate as she can make the decision to have herself filmed or watched as she is an adult. A person under 18, especially pre-teens, does not have the same decision making ability as an adult which is why it is wrong to watch such folks perform sex acts.

Basically, if you like to watch females masturbate, then stick to folks who are 18+ so that you won't put yourself in a bad position.

It depends on the age of the girl in question and the age you are. If you are 18+, then girls under that would be considered a minor, and thus you commit a crime. If you're 18+ and the girl is 18+, and presumably there is consent with either her letting you watch or her letting someone else film and post online, then it would be considered legal for you to watch due to consent and accepted knowledge of what the third party (filmer) is doing and their intentions.

I think it really depends on your age. If your 13 then a 11/12 year old isn't bad however if your like 17, 18 then it could be seen as perverted.

It's probably best that you do not tell your mates that you have these thoughts.
