I am 17 and just curious, according to the stages test for pubity, I am in stage 2-2.5 (very slow grow*er)

oh man thats a very small size ... but dw .. As you go through puberty (since you are still in stage 2.5) you penis size is likely to grow more ^.^ ...

(i got a 25cm one xD and still 15 :P)

Firstly, dont like to say this, but I wouldnt take much notice of ufo's answer above, its not very helpful.

12-13cm is about 5" which as at the lower end of average adult size, so you're not far short of where most people end up. From what you've said you're clearly a late developer and so, expecially if you're still waiting for your voice to break as well, its almost certain to do some more growing yet and no one can tell you what size you will end up with.

Its obviously both worrying and embarassing when your development is slow compared to your friends but there's not much you can do about it. Your doctor could arrange for things to be speeded up if he thought there was really a problem. Try to stay relaxed, I'm sure it will all come good for you.
