Well, I have done this, it's normal, if you only did it the once, than I don't see anything at all wrong with it, if you've done it more than once, I still don't see anything wrong, unless the relationship between you where you are good friends starts to get awkward.

Kids having oral sex is normal. They are just experimenting. 11 seems a little young. My bro is 11 and I dont think he even knows what that is. But theres nothing wrong with it if both guys want to do it.

Experimenting happens all the time. At that age there's a good change you both didn't really know what you were doing. As long as it doesn't continue, you are fine.

In the sense of 'is it common for 11 year olds to have oral sex with family' then no; I would say most 11 year olds have never had oral sex.
In the sense of the law, also no. It's incest, and technically statutory (underage) rape (depending on laws concerning whether oral sex is deemed "sex" or not).
In the sense of your morals, only you can decide really. Everyone has their own beliefs.

It was just experimenting, sure. You can just forget about it really, just remember it as something not to do int he future.
