OK so theirs this girl who 10 months ago asked me to dance at a dance. We danced for like 10 seconds 2 times idk mybe she was nervous Now she occasionaly stares at me when im talking with friends or she gets her friends together and they all look at me and start laughing. Also alot of her friends talk to me alot. these past 3 weeks she asked me who I liked in front of her friends. She says stuff like whats up (my name) and she sometimes says hi to me when im not looking. She also likes to pretend to be sassy to me. I was asking a kid for instructions and she told me to figure it out when it wassnt her buisness at all. The dance was brought up 3 days ago. She was joking around but she pressured me to name the song we danced to. She was smiling while she said it so she didnt seem mad but she said kind of laughing that she thinked about it every day. Shell also give me these staring games like a starring contest and just hold the stare. Shell sometimes give me mean stares but then she laughs when shes done. I know her friend doesnt like me cause she has a BF but when shes around her and shes looked away she will laugh and wave at me. Her friend was saying hi to me the other day and then she came by and i couldnt understand what she said. Sometimes shes really quiet around me. So does she like me or is she messing around??

OK, are you asking about the girl or the girl's friend? The friend is harder to decide upon due to so little information. The girl though seems to obviously like you and is making it obvious as hell. She's flirting with you as much as possible, giving you clear direct signs, so I fail to see the confusion you have. You like her also, so I assume she's single, so go with her.
