In the past couple of months I have been more concerned about weight loss so i took a drastic step in getting to it. I began eating only one meal a day at the most and it wouldn't be until 8 or 9 p.m. I used school as an excuse and then i would blame it on me being tired. I also started throwing up after meals again. I would just say that i was feeling sick or overstuffed but the truth is that i would overeat so i could get sick and throw it up. I know I have a problem and it's just hard to stop because i want to lose weight and be skinny.

I don't think this is an eating disorder but I'm no professional. Go to a doctor. Ask if you need to lose weight. If you don't, stop doing what you are doing and get help for it before it's too late. If you do, get a proper plan to lose weight.

You cannot diagose someone on here with anything, I highly doubt at 14 you are in a position to say so. But eating disorders are not just about losing weight, they are psychological disorders.

That is how it CAN start, but an eating disorder is not just about losing weight, it is a psychological disorder.
If you just want to lose weight, and want "quick results", you're going the wrong way about it. Gradual weight loss is the best kind. Drastic weight loss and you could seriously damage yourself. Go see a doctor. ED or not.

THOMAS.
I'm here for you man.
Now, eating one meal a day is not the way to loose weight. Instead, having 3 low-fat but balanced meals everyday is the best way.
Eating disorders are hard things. You really should see your GP about it and get diagnosed if possible. I know that you're not quite the average weight Thomas, and you can loose weight. But do not do what you are doing. There are ways which are healthy for you, satisfying and enjoyable.
Please Thomas, consider what you are doing carefully in this.

Thomas, this thread worries me a lot. Throwing up after meals is not healthy and neither is only eating one meal a day or overeating to be sick. I am still fighting bulimia and I am still pushing myself so hard to do what's healthy, and I would overeat to make myself sick or just simply throw up after EVERY meal of the day.
This does sound like it's developing into an eating disorder, so please go and seek some help from a professional. If you want to lose weight, ask for advice and support from a doctor/nutritionist/dietician who can help you do it sensibly instead of doing it through an eating disorder. An eating disorder is a nasty, evil thing that completely takes over your life and is hard to escape, so please please please get help before it's too late.
I really hope everything works out for you <3

Thomas, i know you probably wont get help...but that's probably what you need...
If you want to loose weight this is not the way to go about it. Binging and purging is very hard on your body and does not allow for as much weight loss as a healthy diet. restrict yourself to between 1500 and 2000 calories a day broken up into three or more meals, not all at one sitting, then exercise at least 1 hour a day. do not purge, purging is very bad for your stomach esophagus even your teeth, stomach acids will destroy your teeth and basically everything it touches when you throw up.
"Myth: Vomiting gets rid of the calories I’ve consumed
Most people with bulimia are of average weight. They
tend to binge and then they restrict food intake for the
rest of the day. So if you’re hardly eating apart from
your binge, why aren’t you losing weight? Obviously,
you’re retaining enough calories from binges to maintain
your weight.
Fact: Research has shown that, contrary to popular
belief, vomiting does NOT get rid of all the calories
ingested, even when done immediately after eating.
Even the most successful vomiter will only be able to
purge 60% of calories eaten…which means that you’re
probably only vomiting up 30% of calories most of the
time. Think about it – if you binge on 2,000 calories and
vomit up 30%…which is 600 calories…this means that
you’re absorbing 1,400 calories from your binge, even
with your vomiting. This is because absorption begins in
the mouth, continues in the oesophagus, and then in the
stomach…so even if you vomit up all the contents of
your stomach, many of the calories will have already
been absorbed." from the Center For Clinical Interventions.
although I am really concerned about your health, if you want to loose weight you HAVE to go about it in a healthy way or it will not have any benefit. I want to stress that you should not restrict your diet to less then 1500 calories a day, I don't want you to go from one eating disorder to another.
