1. Why do the New Posts symbols not clear after I look at the posts?

2. Why do I get logged off if I click on the last post thingy in the rightmost column?

I'm running Firefox 1.5 btw.

You're running FF, that's the problem :P
You may want to try Avant (look at my first signature). Also, try to update your system! That could lead to major errors.

1. Extremely rare for me. When it does, it happens after I read them, left (without logging off), and came back to the site.

2. I don't recall that ever happening to me.

I'm also running Firefox. Try clearing your cookies and cache and logging back in; that usually solves problems like these.
