Why am I so small?

I am 16 years old, and I am 5'6" and only 105 pounds. Why am I so small?!

I have pubic hair, have hair under my arms...why do I have all of that but I am not big? I am so small!

Will I get bigger? Please help! :(

I'm 15, 5'6 too. Both my parents are short. I'd like to be taller, but hey, its not something I can control, so I try to keep cool with it.

I'm 16 and I'm 5' 6" too, and I only weigh 120 or so pounds.
The first reason you're not that tall is you probably aren't fully grown yet. You still have a lot of filling out to do (which will account for a lot of your weight). You may grow a few more inches, too.

Your height is based on your genetics and how well you eat (but mostly on your genetics).
Even if your parents aren't short, your grandparents or even great-grandparents could have been short and then it could have been passed on to you. With genes, you never know what you're going to get.

Either way, there's no problem with being small - and as far as the weight thing, bulk up and work out. A lot of people like shorter guys!

im 15 and 5ft 7 i dont know dude i dont have arm hair yet :( i guess everyone just has a certain way of growth. You should count yourself lucky, there is a guy in my year at school who is 16 and he is 5 ft 2

Im 18 and only stand at 5ft 5 and im also pretty skinny at 125lbs
