well when we have an orgasm we have reached our sexual climax .. that would mean that you are at the most strong sensation youll get in your life .. while pee .. is just peeee .. your just urinating .. your not sexually aroused or something .. no climax

also you feel good because your got a small muscle that contracts when you masturbate and orgasm (get the climax)

it doesn't have to do with the fluid coming out. the reason you feel the awesome pleasure when you cum is because of a great feeling in a nerve that runs through your dick. That nerve doesn't get stimulated when you piss but does when you jack off or have sex.

it is a muscle and it doesnt run through your dick :P .. it is between the space between your penis base and your ass (The area that is literally between your legs)

I think everyone sorta has the right idea here, but let me clarify. The act of urinating isn't sexual, it's just passing urine, different neurological pathways control it. Ejaculation feels good because there's a host of very specific neurological and muscular reations that are designed to feel good, it's part of the sexual response. So, when you're aroused, there are a lot of other specific neuromuscular things that happen, that are 'turned on', to maximize pleasure. When you urinate, they're 'turned off', and your penis functions just as a pipe to discharge the urine from your bladder.
