Talk to her about it, and ask her why she behaves like that if she knows. When you have a relationship with someone, it's not the best idea if they are unreliable like that because many arguments will arise.

Do you like her? Assuming you two haven't had issues before, or you did something to her or she did something to you, then it sounds quite normal to me. She probably is caring but at the same time, you don't know why she is reacting the way she is, the life circumstances she's in. It's akin to this: you meet someone and they're very unsociable, blunt and rude to you but were nice to others a few days ago. Is it possible that person doesn't like you that day? Possibly but less likely. But, you also have no idea that, say, their grandfather recently passed away. So, for now, I would just let it be. You don't know her life circumstances.

However, elaborate on just what she does to make herself nice and bitchy.

she has not lost any one. I know her from swimming so i dont see her every night. She is going out with some one else but it is not really a relationship she has not even hugged him.
