Question about flaccid penis?

I always assumed that your flaccid girth would increase once you got an erection. Are there some guys that don't? Like, I was at a urinal and there was a grown male and his penis was thick while flaccid. For example, could his have no increase in girth when erect?

Um it really depends. When you are a grown male, that means that your penis has grown in girth, size, and etc. So that's adults. I'm not sure about teenage adolescents. Mine does.

I'm sure it does exist though, where an adult's girth is the same when its erect or flaccid, but stills "feels" soft and hard.

The idea of an erection to make the penis stiff, large and ready to have sex. The idea of it being flaccid sometimes I guess is to keep it out of the way when it isn't needed. Judging by this, I would have thought that every single male's penis size would grow when they have an erection.

Please also note that you were not there to compare that man's flaccid size to that of his erect size and therefore you cannot make a judgement from that.
