Well judging from experience I would say you only need to hold off masturbating for about 5-7 days, I know it seems a long time to wait but thats how long it takes

actually wet draems happen even if ur an adult i think. it depends on how long it takes to happen. if ur in puberty it prolly takes just a couple of days of not masturbating. if ur an adult it probably takes a while of not having sex or masturbating.
