when i was at school a couple of weeks ago i went to the bathroom in the stall. After words i went to wash and dry my hands. While drying my hands with paper towels i realized that i had peed a little bit on the seat. So i got some more paper towels to clean it up then i flushed the paper towels that i used to wipe my hands with and to clean up the mess with down the toliet. I don't know why i didn't just throw them out maybe because i didn't think flushing them down the toliet would cause a problem or maybe i did it on purpose. Any way the stuff wouldn't flush down the toliet so i kept trying to flush it because i didn't want anybody else to deal with a clogged toliet. Well after a few flushes the paper towels clogged the toliet and i told a teacher. However i didn't tell the teacher that i did it. Now the toliet is useable but it can barely flush stuff down the toliet. I feel guilty because i know i caused the toliet to now not work well what do you think i should do?

*This is just so refreshing* You have a conscience, that deserves a response, a round of applause (even if it's just from me), and one of my special, warm, freshly baked brownies. And some Rep.

I think you did the right thing by telling someone in a position to fix the clog about the incident. Your omission of your responsibility here isn't as important, b/c it sounds accidental, and the important thing is to try to undo the problem, not throw yourself at the mercy of the Principal.

What to do? Learn from it. Realize next time that you have to stop and think a bit more about the potential consequences of *whatever* you're doing, try to anticipate what might happen BEFORE you do *whatever*. Then, give yourself permission to let go of this and move on. Just remember for next time.

i'm too scared to poo in the school bathrooms mainly for this reason. It's just embarrassing to me.

Yeah, you definately did the right thing. As long as you told someone, you don't have anyhting to worry about even if you did it. It happens, as all accidents do. You just have to learn from it and move on from your life. Many kids have done much worse, and on purpose and told no one about it just to make it a prank. You've definately got my respect for that.

Well you shouldn't feel guilty. Just remember to only put things in the toilet that are small and/or dissolveable.
You shouldn't feel guilty, at least you tried to clean it up. Other people just leave it. You did the right thing by telling the teacher also. Don't sweat the small stuff in life.
