who else REALLY does not like to be like, in a lockerroom changing??
i really hate it, im so insecure about my body.
i dont like looking into mirors.
i love to just picture myself having someoe else's face.
to top it off people on the bus i ride act like i have the plegue. they usually tilt away from the isle.
is there a way i can get over this uneasyness and insecurity?

Think about it this way. No one is perfect. Everyone has their own issues. Yours happen to be your looks. But don't think you are the only one that are insecure about your looks. Probably half the lockeroom is. So youre in the same boat, just dont think about it.
Simply get in and get out. No mirrors included

The above advice is great, and oh so true.
Following on from above, if you are deeply un-happy and want to change, look at yourself and think 'what do i want to change?' If it's maybe loosing a bit of weight, then start eating a bit healthier and cutting out on the junk food. I'm sure you'd know how to change anything, and if not, ask again here on VT.
You need to look at yourself (best in a mirror) ALONE to know what parts to change. If you don't want to change, or don't know what to change, keep it as it is. Nobodys perfect and everyone dislikes part of there bodies :)
