I have heard that if you masturbate a lot, you get acne, is that true????

I masturbate at least once per day and I don't have a lot of pimples.

Help me, I need answers???

It is theoretically correct that masturbation causes the release of certain hormones that do increase acne.
It could be a myth however, or not.

I believe it's bullshit. I can't masturbate more than once a day, and I've got quite a bit.

woah man that true .. i did masturbate from 6-10 times a day .. and i suffered from a severe acne attack .. and i had this pill course (cant name medicine) .. Now i havent like j/o for 2 days .. doing a hard work tough .. i read this on an other site .. thats why i started to stop ..

I don't know if this is possible but I used to masturbate quite alot and I had bad acne, now I don't masturbate as much and I have less acne, could be linked or could be just coinsidence.

But as Nick said, when you masturbate, it causes hormones to be released which occur with acne.

I masturbate 2-3 times a day and I don't have acne.

Now I have also been told that cum is mostly protein and if you wipe it on your face it will prevent acne. Never tried - NEVER will.
