i see... you know i think having a diet is good but some other people misinterprets the meaning of real (healthy) diet. watching what you eat or what you take (medicine) is a good and healthy way to have diet. having a diet like not eating or just eating for twice a day or measuring their food everytime they eat was not right. infact it will give you another problem (you'll get sick). you know try to eat vegetables or replace meats to vegetables. when you can't help starving for patty, why dont you try to eat vegetable patty? when you get used eating vegetables, you'll see a big difference.
but i'm not telling you to give up meat. our body needs protein, just try to lessen eating meat then you'll just noticed that one day you'll prefer veggies than meats..

Ufo. I know we have had our disagreements, but I want to help you as I do anyone else so let's get over that. K?
Okay. What makes you think that you definitely do not have anorexia or bulimia? You think this is an eating disorder, and those two are the most common.
I don't think this is an eating disorder though. I think this is probably an illness which makes you feel full up and then makes you feel hungry (stomach bug?) I suggest seeing your GP and telling him about it so he can get a full understanding of what is going on. How long has this been happening for?

Okay. I think it may be because you have somehow got into a habit of doing this. I want you, however hard it is, when you're hungry to eat food. Eat in normal cycles. 3 meals a day at the right times. Hopefully if you get out of the eating situation that you're currently in, it will be easier to do so.

People generally do come here to ask for advice, as there is plenty of people here who are willing to help out as best as they possibly can.
But if you would like more professional help, seek some medical advice from a nutritionist/doctor.
