(this special K stuff supposed too be good for you) and a bagel, with a glass of orange juice, Then for lunch i had a PB&J sandwich and later on for a snack i had these little tortilla chicken things and for dinner speghetti with a glass of grape juice and two slices of garlic bread. Was the bagel plain or with cream cheese or jam or jelly? And was the chicken wrapped in tortilla or something else? Was it natural peanut butter?sorry for all the questions

I see. Well there's lots of protiens n stuff in peanut butter and calcium in the cream cheese and the tortillas have fiber. but then there are the fats in them too. and I would add more fruit and veggies to that. but all in all it sounded pretty healthy

There's too much bread/carbs in your diet. Try and eat more vege's and protein. And water, rather than juice. :)
