Ok best friends is a relationship so what do you think a best friends relationship should be?

It's kinda hard to describe it because it's really just something you know inside, ya know? :P But, more specifically, a best friend is someone that you would trust over (or as much as) everyone else - it's a person that you feel comfortable going to whenever. The only thing I can tack-on to that is best friends usually stay together, backing each other up, and staying kind and loyal - through pretty much any situation. :)

Well, a best friend. I think it is someone that you really enjoy begin around, and can kinda tell them anything. As Kiros said.
