well this is wierd i first starting growing pubes when i was 12 and i still barely have any and there really light in colour and im 15 and my penis has barely changed at all and i canot come somtimes a clear fluid drips out or very rarely white fluid comes out
i have no underarm yet and i still look really young if i meet new people they think im 12 or 13 but im turning 16 really soon
is this a problem should i go see a doctor because im so late

you might be just a late bloomer.Maybe ask advice to your dad if you are close to him..

Give it more time yet. If you have some hair growth then puberty has started, and there will be lots of other changes going on, not just physical.
