Yeah, everyone's penis is different (unless you're identicle twins of course, then I think you would have the same).

Genetics do play a role, but yeah you have to mix your grandfathers with your fathers and I guess even the mothers and grandmothers carry the gene, even they don't have one. But their male relatives did, so I would suspect that yeah all of your close family will most likely have the greatest affect on your pensi size, so you can get an idea about how big you'll be if you look at your close relatives. But yeah doesn't guarantee that you'll be like them, or even similar.
