i really dont know, but most drugs are in your blood, so im guessing there would be a blood test/ urine/ and maby a breathilizer, but i cant think of anything else they could do.

and as long as you are above the influence like me =], you should be good, and if your not... you can not do any drugs around the time of testing

Its not like they can force you to pee into a cup... and the only other way to get drugs would be blood, and you MUST consent for that.

A drug test is really easy as all you do is urinate into a cup, and then the urine is sent to a lab to be analyzed for drugs. If you are currently taking drugs, then it might be a really, really good idea to stop or seek treatment especially if you can get in trouble for drug use. Keep in mind that some drugs stay in your system for a long while, and don't think that if you stop doing drugs for a week that everything will go away.

In short, a drug test is very easy, but dealing with the consequences of drug use is very hard.

There are seveal ways to do a drug test.

First is the urinating test. This is a recent test, one that shows what you've taken recently. These ones can be easily passed because all you need to do is stop a few weeks in advance of the test. They take your urine and they send it to a special lab to be tested.

Second is the hair test. This one is not so easy to pass. This shows the drugs you've been taking since the hair they took first started growing. If you really want to pass this test then yeah...might have to go bald for awhile and even then they could still extract a hair from inside your scalp I guess. not really sure. This is the same thing for testing, they get your hair and send it to a lab. This can show the drugs you've taken in the past few months to a year, depending on how long since you've had a hair cut. Long hair will have a past f your drug days for a long time, while shorter hair will have a shorter period for which can be measured.

I'm not sure about any other drug test out there that school can do without doctors permission and consent of family and student. The hair and urine test can easily be done with your cooroperation, seeing as how it's only rine or 1 strand of hair.

well once then get ur pee they just test it for any signs of drugs or any other bad stuff if they find it. not painful or anything but if they see u have drugs in your system they might be mad haha

Generally, it's a urine test and possibly a blood test. There are naturally problems with these tests, such as some drugs leaving very fast, whereas others can stay in your body for over a day. Certain drugs (i.e. alcohol) can be detected via a breathalizer test.

They wont do bliod testing it is way more expensive. They will probably only do 1-2 test because they are expensive and time consuming. I wouldnt let anyone take my urine unless they opened wide.

yeah, just to clarify, check this out a bit more, because I know atleast where I am, it is completely illegal to do this

2 boxes of Sure Gel (in the Canning isle or beside the Jell-o mix Aprox. $2.50 per box.))

The reason they say it works is because the gel coats the inside of your stomach and normally when u piss the fat cell the hold the THC are relaesed in the urine, but the gel blocks the fat from being released therfore its jusr pure urine, not fat cells. GREAL HUH !?!?! AHHHH Finally and drink that works for 5 dollars !! ( $2.50 a box at Walmart)

Wimbleton I know a few people who tried that and failed miserably. I'm not criticising but if you don't know for sure that it works (first-hand experience) then posting it could lead to someone getting in a lot of trouble if they believe it. It's been proven many times that this method doesn't ever work.

To the OP - If you attend a public school they won't waste their limited funding on a hair sample test. You can expect maybe 2-3 urine tests per year at the absolute maximum. Basically what happens is they get your written consent (or your parents' consent if you're underage) to take a urine sample which will be sent off to a testing facility. They'll then send the results back to the school to deal with the students who failed the test.
All in all, although it's labelled "compulsory" they can't force you to take any drug test even if your parents give consent, but refusing would probably end up landing you in more trouble than a failed result anyway.

Fortunately they aren't introducing this big-brother style testing in any public schools where I live, but a few years down the road who knows what they'll be doing.
