You'll probably have to ask a doctor on that one. Were you given an MRI, or an x-ray, or anything like that while you were there? If not, see your doctor to make sure there's not a more serious injury. Had to add that disclaimer there, haha.

Muscle injuries can be sort of tricky, but I'd guesstimate a few weeks at least. You'll probably want to check back in with your doctor at some point, to make sure you're healing up properly. If you're injured badly enough to need a brace, I don't want to give you anything too specific as far as a time-frame goes. I refuse to be responsible for any complications due to my bad advice. xP All I can say is expect to be taking it easy for a while. Sorry I can't be more help.

As member of EMS (emergancy medical service), I ca tell you that is utterly stupid and a complete breach of protocols.


You really don't say much about your symptoms, so its hard to tell.. I'm going to just say probably a week or 2...
