my mom saw

well. today my mom saw my cutts. i said the new kittens did it. this worked but it wont work when new cuts start appearing. how can i avoid my cutts being noticed?

Try telling your mom the truth next time she asks. Being honest is by far the best path.

Well there isn't a magical way to hide cuts

Even if you only wear long sleeves and so on and on

She will find out eventually by chance.

I know how mothers think and any mother will be even more upset if they know they've been lied to for a long period of time.

My mum has seen a few times, but she thinks its the rabbits, she jsut says to me ' the rabbits scrached you again'

well your right, it wont keep workin, so next time she asks say something like

"mum can i talk to you about something very important" she might guess after seeing the cuts but she should be supportive and get uu the help you need:)

I'm glad to hear that, keep up the good work!

However, lying to your mom is by the far the wrong way to go about it. When you do tell her you cut, she will be upset as like any caring mom would be but she will be way more annoyed at you for lying to her about it. Trust me on this, moms do have a way of finding out the truth, even if you choose to lie about it right now. They're smarter than you think :P.

I really encourage you to tell her, because this type of secret, like any other, festers and grows worse the longer you keep it. But if you don't want to, my advice is to be more secretive about them, and put them in places she wouldn't see them. Always try not to cut, but if you are going to, do it where she won't see. If you have an issue with sleeves or something, find perhaps a style of shirt that covers it, and when you're at the mall goggle at it and say how much you like it, then she won't think it's wierd if you wear similar shirts or that type a lot. (i.e. long sleeves) It's never a good idea to cut, but if you must, there is a method to the madness of self injury.
