Its not so much as how big your penis will be its a matter of when it will plateau out.

In short, Average Penis size is around the 6 inch area. which is where most guys will eventually end up.

Whoa how did you get to eight inches from three? And anyways, puberty is unexpected; people grow at different rates, so you have no worries. I believe the average for a thirteen year old is unpredictable, but if I had to guess, probably three to five inches.

No one can answer your first question for you, you will just have to wait and see.

Your second question is easier, altough again, its impossible to give a definite answer. However as 2pac has said 8" is much bigger than average and so its unlikely that you will get there. The vast majority of adult males have erections in the range 5-7", you don't need any more than that to give both you and your partners a lot of pleasure!

Yeah, there's very few human beings with 8". Also, size doesn't count and no one can tell you what your size will be. Most common is 5-6, and you've got plenty of time to grow. Just don't worry about it, it's meant to create pleasure not worry and discomfort while around others naked.

i dont think man youll arrive to 8" since you have a 3" penis at 13 (no offence man) .. but there is no definate NO .. since you can have an 8"as you go through puberty ..

He may have just not started the development phase of penis growth, that would then mean that his current size is totally irrelevant to what it will turn out to be in the future.

And no, we can't predict. We can't say if it will be big or small. We can say that the average penis size is around 5 or 6 inches, though, so most likely you will end up somewhere around that region.
