well after deciding to eat again, i am now not eating again, i havnt been eating for about 3 weeks and i'v lost abit of weight, im really please with myself but angry at the same time, im used to not eating now so im not always wanting food. But i'v started to become quite dizzy and faint at times and im worried im going to faint in school or something and they will realise wats going on. And im even startin to think of bein sick when my mum makes me eat. the only thing thats stoppin me is knowing my mum will find out wen i go to dentist appoinments. i really need help i think bcuz my friends keep askin me loads of questions. If i tell them they will tel my form teacher (again) and she will go mad at me.. helpxx

Well i am trying to stop doing this myself... I cant stand without being dizzy, or everything getting black, and i usually fall down. I know i cant just tell you to eat, and you will listen, but please dont make yourself sick, the little food that you do get, your body needs to function.

Your friends are only trying to help you... you have friends that care about, and do you really want to lose them as friends? Im not the one to say this, but you should eat around your friends and family... and not puke it up later, that is the best thing for you to do.

Go see a doctor. I doubt you want to die. So, get help.

Okay, this is not a healthy way of eating and I'm not sure you can this alone.

I'm not meaning to scare you but what you have just described sounds like a typical eating disorder ready to evolve. Please, get help before it's too late.

You do need to talk to a parent. Hiding things from them will always make the situation worse for yourself!

listin eating disorders dont help you at all then make your body worse than what your trying to make better. and by not eating the nutrients is being taken from your bones and other things in your body. and when you feel dizy thats a sign you need to stop . hope it helped :)

I've been in this exact place. Last summer I would quit eating for almost a week, and when I did eat it was low fat granola bars. Then when school started I realized how hard it would be to keep it up so then I tried bulimia. Now I would like to think I am completely in control but I still have lapses. I am terrified of gaining weight and I even kind of miss it. I miss that feeling of finally being in control of what happens in your life. I guess I was luck though because I never got caught. But the point is that eating disorders are extremely dangerous. The thing that scared me the most about bulimia was that it would rot your teeth off really bad because of all the stomache acid you are bring back up, not to mention causing problems inside of you. I guess I still have a long way to recovery as well.

well i think its easier at school not to eat tbh because i see everyone else scoffing there faces and it makes me wanna puke. not becuz there actually scoffin there faces but thats the way i imagen it bcuz.. yanoo?

and today i got sent home from school bcuz i was ill and my mum made me eat this pasta stuff.. i really feel like makin myself sick now though and everytime i eat i keep thinking i can hear a voice like tellin me to be sick n that?

i relli dont want to make myself sick but im afraid im not going to be able to stop myself soon:(

and also im forcing myself to drink like loads of water constently bcuz like its healthy n dat. but i relli hate water n i keep hearin the voice tellin me to drink it bla bla bla.. its relli scarin me i think im going crazy?

any advice guys?

No! Please don’t do this to your self, I know you think your helping your self but your really not. You’re just in for one hell of a hassle.

There are two types of ways to lose weight, one makes you look attractive and the other makes you look skinny and gross.

Guess which of the two your on? The gross one, I’m telling you eating right, and exercising are the best combination to a healthy, sexy attractive body your looking for. You clearly have no idea what this does to you body.

When you starve yourself it only works against you, because your body will tent to store more fat when you do eat, to prepare for the next gap of time that you don’t eat. Trust me you will end up eating somehow, weather it be in a hospital bed or at home you’ll get food.

But I’m warning you now the longer you go without eating the 10 times harder its going to get, and the less you eat the more fat you gain, no maybe not at first but you’ll see what I mean.

I’ve been studying this in health class and I’m afraid that your in for some real heartache.

Heya, please don't make yourself sick, it's not a very pleasent experience. That type of purging is very easy to get into and very difficult to get out of. I got to the stage that I couldn't walk in shops without feeling sick.
Please start eating again, fainting ect is not a good thing, if you starve yourself you'll end up in hospital and die. I know that's a little bit blunt, but that's what would happen, and by the time you end up in hospital people would have found out anyway. If you don't want that to happen, please start eating again.
You may need a professional to help you with recovering.

I agree you should stop making yourself feel sick because you can cause further eating problems or a trip to the hospital. You can also die from not eating as food gives you the energy to work, which is the reason for fainting and dizziness.

its got to the point everytime i do eat, i feeel sick, even if its only a small thing.

That is because your stomach has shrunk, and when you eat, your muscles are not used to being used and so it will make you feel sick and like you've just ate so much - when in reality, it's not much at all.

You should eat little things for now, ease yourself back into eating, get your stomach back to a normal size, things like soup, fruit, maybe half a bowl of cereal, or one piece of toast, but if you rush yourself into eating, you will feel sick, but as time goes on, you'll feel better physically as your stomach grows back to it's original shape.

What do you want us to say exactly?

You won't take our advice, so what do you want us to do/say?

And also, if you do gain, it must mean you need to, your body functions better differently for everyone at different ways. Some bodies work better at a BMI of 20, some at a BMI of 23, so, if you gain, your body probably will function better. But you lose "fake" weight, like water weight, so when you eat again, the water you get from food will make you gain the water weight you lost back. Trust me, I've been there, done that, as has many others.

Now, if you want to carry on and end up with your body eating your own heart(yes, it is a muscle, you lose muscle in this, did you know that?), and end up dead, and dying like that is not pretty or peaceful, go on right ahead, we can't stop you, but if you want to change, and get help, then talk to a doctor about this. You may not choose to have eating difficulties, but you can choose to fight back.
