It's completely normal, there just fat reservers around the nipple and should go away within 6 months to 1 year.

Yeah, same thing here. Duriong puberty most guys accumulate some fat around their nipples. They'll feel sensative for awhile, but yeah they will go away eventually. It's all natural.

The bumps you are referring to are mammary glands which appear on the areola (surrounds the nipple)... for women, they develop during puberty but before puberty they exist in both sexes.

YES, dont worry i thought there was like something wrong with me ha but it goes away also some people go through the process where their nipples will "mature" and one will be larger then the other for sometime and vice verse(sp?), so dont worry.
