Well You still know and acknowledge that there is a problem and that You were healthier before.

So the question really is why do you want to be skinny? Did you think you'd be more popular/beatiful?

I personally think that girls who work out and are fit are 10x more hot than girls who are skinny....

So you still think in the back of your head that You'd be more beatiful if you were like ''someone else''

The only way you can feel odd in your own body is if you think its not beatiful :P

Well heres where the relativity comes in

What you may consider to be a flaw, may not be a flaw ( atleast on the health standpoint )

So what did you consider to be your flaw

Well You have a womanly figure and should be proud!

Obviously thinking like that wont happen overnight and depending on how much this feeling of uncomfortability eats at You, you might need theraphy

Well like I said thats perfectly normal.. Atleast you have curves in the right places.

OFC You have the right to change yourself but that should all stay in healthy norms as in don't starve yourself or do anything else to harm your body.

From what I've seen here I ( ME a non professional person posting on a random forum ) don't think you have a eating disorder, I think you just need to work on your self esteem and try to change what you don't like about yourself in a healthy way
