Okay I searched a little bit.

Size of the Magnum is 8.5 by 5.5 inches.

The size of a normal is probably about 7-7.5 inches by 5 inches.

I think that the magnum is a marketing ploy to make more money personally :P
You could be surprised how much a condom can stretch :P

The Trojan Magnum is slightly bigger than a normal condom, but as mentioned above, we are not talking by a whole lot. As the poster above mentioned, regular condoms generally do the job for the overwhelming majority of guys as condoms can stretch a lot without being damaged.

If you are trying out condoms, then start off with regular sizes as they are generally cheaper than the larger ones such as Trojan Magnums. Clearly, if regular condoms does not do the job, then move up to a larger size.

The normal ones do strech... i got one to fit over my hand/ foot (dont ask me why) and it did not rip.
