This would only be a problem if you actually had HIV.

Now if you do, unless you IMMEADIATELY make out and there are left overs of semen in your mouth, there's a possibily. The risk is low, but still there's a chance.

theres nothing in cum thats harmful to human health, it could hurt you. you would have to have hiv to pass it to sombody else, they would have to have it to pass it to you, I think some people get the idea that sex can 'make' hiv, it cannot, sombody has to have it allready
