has any one tryed penis exercises?
im considering them and i really want to know if they work cause if your going to be spending 30 minutes a day doing them i want to know if there going to make a diffrence please help me

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, I wasn't planning to enter my penis in the 2012 olympics?
I'm guessing you mean somekind of routine that's supposed to make your penis bigger. If so I would forget it, those things dont work.

to cut it all short penis exercises well the penis is like a muscle and by doing the right stretches and a thing called jelqing you can increase penis size and girth

If you mean excercises to make your penis bigger, forget it, they won't work. You shouldn't even be concidering trying to make it bigger at your age anyway.
However if you mean Kegal excercises, then go ahead as these are good as they build up the strength in your pc muscle, the one which you contract to make yourself stop peeing. This is effective to slow down the time at which you orgam when masturbating as you can simply contract the muscle to stop ejaculation and keep on going.

kegel is one of the exercises ill think about doing them but really i think i was just kinda insecure about my size after comparing i think im pretty average and im fine with avergage thanks guys

Here are some penis excersizes: * I used and it worked wonders to my thickness but it didnt really make it THAT much longer it jus made it harder when i get erect. More so like a rock. The following is an explanation how different penis exercises work:
* Jelqing.
Jelqing is probably the most ancient male enhancement technique (it was used by nomadic Arabian tribes.) It involves movements similar to "milking" your penis to increase the amount of blood, which fills Corpora Covernosa (the part of your penis that is filled with blood and enlarged during erections) thus making your penis visibly larger. The important fact is that jelqing, if performed regularly, can permanently increase the size of Corpora Covernosa and thus your penis size (both length and girth).
* Penis Stretching.
There are several types of penis stretching exercises but their basic principle is the same: stretching the tissues of your penis. Stretching makes cells composing your penis grow increasing the length and girth (lesser effect) of your penis.
* Kegel Exercises.
These exercises are not targeted at the penis itself but rather at the pubococcygeus muscle, which is used to delay erections. Thus, if you train this muscle, you will be able to prolong your erections.
